Made for the purpose and size you need.

Rubber by the roll is made of recycled rubber granulate that is bound with a high-quality polyurethane binder. Mixing, moulding and curing take place in large cylinders. The cylindrical product obtained is peeled until it has the desired thickness and it is ready for supply in the form of specific lengths, sheets, rolls or small pieces.

Bonded rubber granules by the roll are suitable for many possibilities of use.

Examples of applications where rubber by the roll can be used:

• on roofs
• as sub-floor (underlayment)
• to protect products against damage
• in sound and vibration insulation applications
• as vibration damping material in concrete
• as covering material in building projects
• To support tiles on flat roofs

Some technical characteristics:

• a specific mass of 850 kg/m3
• a tensile strength of 0.33 N/mm2
• an elongation at break of 36%
• an expansion coefficient of 1.5-2 mm/m/100%
• a shore hardness A of 48 degrees
• able to withstand temperatures of -120 to 110ºC, for brief periods even 300ºC
